Cody Mulloy

  • Chief Executive Officer
Cody Mulloy serves as Chief Executive Officer of Post Companies, where he is responsible for the company’s overall vision, strategy, and day-to-day business performance across operations, finance, and leadership teams. With 13 years of oil and gas experience and a deep technical background in artificial lift—including over a decade designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing production systems for both conventional and unconventional assets Cody brings a hands-on, systems-level perspective to operational leadership and customer engagement, ensuring the systems, processes, and people are in place to execute safely, efficiently, and with accountability.
As CEO, he works closely with the leadership team and customers to ensure Post Co. delivers reliable, high-quality service while growing sustainably across the Permian Basin. He is highly proficient in maximizing well performance through the application of sucker rod pumps in challenging environments and is committed to building a strong team culture and maintaining the service-first mindset that defines the company’s relationships with customers and partners. Outside of work, Cody enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and hunting.

Desmond Jackson

  • Chief Commercial Officer

Desmond Jackson serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Post Companies, where he focuses on revenue growth, corporate strategy, and the development of long-term customer partnerships across the Permian Basin. With over a decade of oil and gas experience spanning artificial lift, chemical programs, and field operations, he brings a practical, data-driven approach to commercial decision-making.

At Post Co., Desmond works closely with operators to align service execution with business outcomes, helping drive sustainable growth while maintaining the company’s service-first reputation. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and staying competitive in everything he does.

Michael Bavousett

  • Operations Manager

Michael Bavousett is the Operations Manager at Post Companies with 37 years of experience in the downhole rod pump industry. He specializes in operations, strategic planning, and leadership development, bringing deep technical knowledge and steady guidance to the pump shop team.

Michael is known for building strong customer relationships through clear, effective communication and aligning product solutions with customer needs. He consistently receives positive feedback from both customers and colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, photography, cooking, and spending time with his family.
